TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms & Conditions:-

  • M/S Yatharth Travels {A Travel Agency} will not be responsible for any mishap/accident/injury/death/ Natural disaster during the course of the tour.
  • No Cancellation or any refund will be made at any cost in case of bad weather or land-slide or any other natural disaster or political/national crisis due to which the customer could not reach the destination/ airport/ railway station/ bus stand, which is beyond the control of the Agent/Hotel. It will be entirely at the risk and cost of the customer. All customers have to manage their stay / Air, train & Bus fares at their own cost for that day.
  • Meals in the Package can only be availed in the provided hotel.
  • Meals while traveling is not included in the package and shall be paid by the customer.
  • Entrance fees at any point shall be paid by customer.
  • Hotels, Heli. Tkts, Air tickets, Transport are subject to availability at the time of reservation.
  • Rates are subject to change without any prior notice.
  • Cancellation & other policies as per the Hotel & Yatharth Travels policy.
  • Children below 05 year in age will be complimentary basis without an extra bed {Mattress}. Child {06 – 12 Yrs.} can be accommodate in their parents room with Or without extra bed {Mattress} Child above 12 yrs. will treat as an adult and extra bed{Mattress} will be compulsory for him/ her.
  • Supplement cost will be applicable for long weekends, Festive Seasons, X’mas & New Year Season.
  • In Vaishnodevi Helicopter Packages, if flights are cancelled due to bad weather Or any other technical reason then original Helicopter Ticket cost {Rs. 2078/- Per Ticket} will be refunded. Please NoteA helicopter ticket has to be stamped & signed by the officials of Niharika Bhawan at Katra for refund. Online Booking once done, shall not be Cancelled, Postponed or Pre-poned. At Vaishodevi:- Children below 2 years of age will be carried free of cost. In case of dispute regarding age of infant, valid proof of age shall be the deciding factor. The Passenger must also carry the Credit/Debit Card in original through which the Transaction has been made without which the Reservation/Boarding will be denied without any refund.   • In North East India and Himachal/ Uttrakhand Volvo Package:à This is to inform you that the vehicle will be on point to point basis only in our packages not on disposable basis. All mentioned sightseeing will be provided. After completing your sightseeing the vehicle will leave you for the day.
  • Identity No. :  Photo Identity Proof has to be produced on check-in Pan Card, Driver License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, Any Govt. Issued ID Card.

Please Note: Any changes in the package subject to natural calamity or any subject to enforce is to be paid by the traveling passenger at the time of travel enroute

PACKAGE COST EXCLUDES

Package Cost Excludes:

  1. Any meals other than those mentioned above.
  2. Any Airfare / Train, Bus fare / Horse Charges, Elephant Ride / Camel Ride Charges, river rafting and other adventurers activities charges.
  3. Any transportation which is not mentioned in the itinerary.
  4. Entrance fees to Amusement parks & Boating charges.
  5. Any portage at airports and hotels, tips, insurance, wine, mineral water, telephone charges, and all items of personal nature.
  6. Any services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
  7. Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail and flight delays, roadblocks, vehicle mal-functions, political disturbances etc.
  8. Service tax extra @ 3.50% of the total bill amount {Invoice}.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy:–>
1} 50% cancellation of the package cost after Confirmation / issuing the hotel vouchers.
2} 100% cancellation before 20 days of the travel date.
3} No amendment in Hotels/ Houseboat & Transport Once the booking is done.

 

REMARKS

Important:

About Hotel / Houseboat –

  1. Before doing the bookings kindly personally check all hotels reviews & services in internet. We have already provided the hotels name destinations wise. If the given hotels are not suitable then please ask for the upgraded hotel options.
  2. We have calculated basic room category of hotels in our proposal. If basic room will not be available at the time of booking or if you required higher category rooms then supplement cost will be applicable accordingly.
  3. Check-in Time is 14:00 hrs. / Check-out time is 11:00 hrs.
  4. A valid photo ID proof & Hotel Vouchers for all guests staying at the hotel is mandatory.
  5. For Extra adult in the room we will provide an extra bed (wherever possible), but most of the hotels only provide extra mattress or roll out bed. Most of the hotels have no provision of an extra bed.
  6. In some area the hotels do not have a lift facility and in all the hotels the guest will have to climb stairs. In case if any guest is having problem of blood pressure, knee or other ailment for which they cannot climb the higher floors  they will have to intimate us during the time of booking so that we can arrange rooms at the lowest floor of the hotel  enabling the guest to climb the minimum number of stairs possible.
  7. In Hill Satiation/ Wild Life Centaury~ in these area maximum hotels are not having any kind of A/C facilities in the rooms. Non A/C Rooms only available in Hill Stations.
  8. Check Inn will be on first come first serve basis at the time of arrivals.
  9. At Alleppey / Kumarakom Dlx. Houseboat Check-in time is 12.00 hrs. & Check-out time is 09.00 hrs. In A/C in Deluxe category Houseboat, A/C will be operational from 9:00 P.M. to 6:00 A.M.
  • Early check in or delayed check out is possible only with approval of hotels {Sub to room availability}. 

 

About Transport –

  1. Our driver / executive will be there at airport with the PLA – CARD {with your name} at Exit Gate on the Airport.
  2. We have calculated the basic vehicle in our proposal, if you want to upgrade your vehicle into other type of vehicle then please ask the same with our executive. Accordingly we will provide our proposal.
  3. A/C in car only provided in plain areas not in hills.
  4. The guest should always be cool & calm with the drivers as they are not tourism educated and come from different remote areas / villages.
  5. As there is shortage of space for car parking in the entire destination– guest will have to wait at the Lobby in time for the vehicle to start their sightseeing / transfers.
  6. We would appreciate, if the guest does not lend their ears to the drivers as most of the time they misguide the passengers. In such instances we would request them to contact our executive.
  7. Keeping this in mind please ensure that you do not leave your belongings in the vehicle as there is very little possibility of getting them back. Always check your baggage before leave the vehicle.
  1. Please inform your guest to maintain the timing for the sightseeing / transfers which will advisable by our executive. Mainly in Destinations vehicle will not allowed to park at the hotel instead of parking stand.
  2. Only 03-04 heads are allowed in 01 Tata Indica/ Indigo Car. 06 heads are allowed in 1 Innova / Tavera / Sumo Car including child and 08 – 12 heads are allowed in Tata Winger/ Tempo Traveler. In case the number of travelers are increases, than the guest will have to opt for the additional vehicle with an extra cost which is directly payable by the guest on spot.

 

Please Note::–> Any dispute relating to or arising  out of all or any one of the above stated terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive Jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi, India
